Welcome to Lunds Aikido Club!

We train Aikido – a Japanese martial art based on balance, movement, and cooperation. Unlike many other martial arts, Aikido is non-competitive. Instead, we focus on developing body control, presence, and mutual respect.

Everyone is welcome – children, youth, and adults. Whether you are a complete beginner or have practiced other martial arts before, you can try Aikido and discover a form of training that strengthens both body and mind.

We are located in central Lund and offer training several times a week. Come try a class – you might find your new favoritemartial art here with us.

All our training sessions are held in both Swedish and English as we have many university students and members who do not speak Swedish.

To begin your Aikido journey, simply sign up for one of our training groups.
