This is the regular group for all adults (15 years old or older). For the adults there are typically more classes available in the week than for the kids and youths. It is possible to train mainly in the youth group even if you are, say, 14-16 years old depending on circumstances (check with the instructors of the youth group), and if that is the case then use the registration link for the youth group below instead.
If you intend to train mainly in the adults group, however, then this is the link to use. Be advised, if you are a minor, you need to have your legal guardian’s permission to train, and we need contact information from at least one legal guardian (included in the registration form).
Ungdomsgruppen (youths) 11 - 14 år
If you (or your child) intends to mainly train in, or try out, the youth group use this link to register them. Barngruppen (kids) 7 - 10 år
(Obs! At this point the childrens’ group is full and will no longer accept members. Please consider register your child sometime in the end of the spring for the possibility to join after the summer.)
